Honda, I'm in the process of making that moqueca. I'm using prawns and some cuts of halibut and monkfish. Local fish monger very helpful and obliging to me not having a clue. All looks and smells great so fingers crossed I don't make a complete balls of it. Fried up some chorizo and going to add that in too because chorizo is never a bad idea.

Magic ingredient in it was lemon rind. Such a powerful addition to a fish based dish.
Lightly crushed parboiled baby potatoes on top too rather than mash, fantastic.I hold silver in tit for tat, and I love you for that

Think that's the recipe I use I've done it a few times at this stage so not following the recipe
If for some reason you ever find yourself in Sao Paulo, I'd highly recommend taking a spin out to the Mocoto, not too far from Guarulhos airport. They specialise in food from the north east and its easily one the best dining experiences I've had. No reservations, so you have to get there early or face a big queue. Incredible caipirinhas too. Cheap as chips. I believe it won an award for world's best no reservation restaurant last year. Had the pleasure of visiting it just before Europe went into lockdown a few weeks back.
Anthony Bourdain was there and this will give you an idea, skip to 34:15 or so.

She was equally impressed and said she thinks it's one of the best things shes ever eaten
Not as thick as I'd like so will rectify that next time. Definitely going to be something we add to the rotation.

It's completely ludicrous, it assumes all of the personnel you would have onsite for a Premier League Super Sunday with all the media trimmings. Right off the bat, we don't need commentators or presenters at the ground, they can commentate remotely on a live stream. We also don't need written press or photographers present. Doping control can be suspended. They assume a four man match day furniture team. Can we make do with two? We then assume full squads, full coaching and medical staff, surely they can trim a bit there?
In any case, I was able to take 100 from their 300 number quite easily. I don't doubt that a Premier League game is a much bigger and more complex thing than we might assume, and a minimum of 150 people may need to be in the area for it to work. That said, they can use outdoor training pitches and construct temporary facilities around them that build in social distancing.
This is a question of money and will. If the money is there (and we think it is) and the will is there (and we know it is from multiple stakeholders involved) it can be done.
I do agree with dobby generally though - I haven't missed it and most days I don't even think about it.

It's a Spanish wine, 100% Tempranillo, so while you might not be able to get that exact wine in Dublin, you should be able to get very similar in any decent wine shop.

A mate of mine is working on some project and asked me who I thought was Ireland's greatest patriot. I think it's a very tough question but I came up with my top three below of
1) Gary Breen
2) Daniel O'Connell
3) Charles Stuart Parnell
After that, it's a random mix of the following, in no particular order (could easily throw another few dozen in the below list but this was just off the top of my head)
Theobald Wolfe Tone
Robert Emmet
John Redmond
O'Donovan Rossa
Sean MacDermott
Tom Clarke
Thomas MacDonagh
Patrick Pearse
Eamonn Ceannt
Joseph Plunkett
James Connolly
Michael Collins
Countess Markievicz
Who would people put as their greatest Irish patriot?

With ~1.9m difference in prize money for each position, Bournemouth for example, are 1 win away from climbing a possible 3 spots, getting out of the relation zone and having equity worth an extra 5.7m prize money.
Then you have Leeds and West Brom being a decent margin clear for promotion to the PL and would be pretty pissed if they didn't get up.
Zero chance there will be a solution that keeps everyone happy.
Send them all to a remote dessert island for 4 weeks, have them play 2 x 60 minute matches a day, allow 7 subs per game, last man back, use jumpers for goalposts and each manager runs the line

Has anyone played the jackbox games with a group?
Going to do a session tomorrow with my team over Zoom for a bit of fun. Need to buy some game packs and check them out and see which ones work best. There's 12 in my team, so some of them will have to sit out a few games. Found this ratings list of the games, so going to go with this as a base. If anyone has any recommendations, then let me know!
