For a few years when we played away in Greystones the Refs little bro played for them and Da managed the team. There was only 3 teams in that league so we played them a lot.

Btw my dad used to ref for the AFL (Irish version unfortunately) and he did the Amateur cup final once or twice. He told me it's the biggest cup in Europe in physical terms. I dutifully believed him when I was 8. My certainty is now diminishing. It is a huge trophy but surely it's not the biggest?

No idea but I suspect there may be a rule that the more obscure the event the more gaudy and preposterous the trophy. I remember in Barcelonas museum there were these monstrosities presented for the winner of the 1960 Freedom Cup against Zaragoza or Sociedad or suchlike, easily 5 foot tall trophies.
So the winner will probably be the Presidents Cup in Albania or something.

The 'aul lad has a PC which is fairly old. Up until recently, it was connected directly into the phone socket to get internet access however, have since moved over to UPC who don't use the phone line for internet

How to I manage to get internet access again for the PC?
