Highly-skilled emigrants who left Ireland to find work overseas are to be lured home with a special tax deal potentially worth thousands of euro, the Irish Independent can reveal.
Ms Mitchell O'Connor wants highly-skilled graduates to pay an effective rate of income tax of 30pc for a set period.
The lower tax rate would be aimed at those earning in excess of €75,000 in specialist jobs in areas like medicine, science, IT and finance.
"Non Leaver" @ €75k pays €26,482 in deductions.
Casual €4k bonus for returners. Seems like a pretty rubbish policy tbh. Good way to alienate people. Why not just adjust the income tax bands and rates for everyone? Differentiating between people seems to be adding overhead and red tape that doesn't need doing. Just sort the tax rates out properly. Keep USC, bring income tax rates down so that marginal rate isn't as aggressive. And stop fucking taking people out of the tax net.

But he was terrible around the birther stuff; got rinsed on his taxes; and will have done nothing to endear female voters / Latinos / Blacks. He also flat out rambled at times and constantly interrupted.
I've watched presidential debates and followed the analysis of same each election since 2000. He definitely lost, even when adjusting for all the parallel concerns that these things get marked on ('looking' presidential / performance relative to expectations / zingers). *But* he did have her reeling the first half hour or so and there are two more of these to come."Worldly wisdom teaches that it is better for reputation to fail conventionally than to succeed unconventionally." - John Maynard Keynes

He can't go back to that topic now without it wearing really thin. He took his biggest shot and broke out the greatest hits (my tax returns in exchange for your emails) and they fell flat.

for the ww bout with Diaz, the tale of the tape was just false advertising. you had welterweight bout at the top, with McG on one side with belt and the c for champion and on the other Nate Diaz as contender number 6 (iirc), as if this was for the WW title.
I'm sure for this fight, they'll have both Alvarez and McG in Gold with the C and the belt.

1. I've never been to Thailand so I pick KS based on general chatter
2. There seem to be a number of beeches down that way that I have a choice of staying in so which one is best?
3. I primarily want to go to relax but wouldn't mind being in close to proximity to somewhere it is going to get fairly loose for a night or two.
Any suggestions or insight is welcome. TY.

Havent been to Koh Samui yet, we went to Khao lak in winter for scuba diving mainly. If the price to quality ratio is similar though i dont imagine there will be too many wrong choices.Low fee Euro/UK money transfer, 1st transfer free through my referral

Medics is a problem but that is because the Health service is terrible and the money is worse. A tax break will not change this except for really pissing off our current doctors who will be getting paid less relatively and the other allied health and nurses will go mental and probably strike for the same conditions.

The Republican contest had 0% content out front and probably little more in the back rooms. It was entirely about internal bitchfighting over the tea party and Koch money. Sure he played that well but that was about being a boardroom bully there was no finesse or plan behind it.
Now he's in big school.
People, middle ground voters in Ohio, are going to notice when you say something as moronically ignorant as 'You have been fighting ISIS your entire adult life' to Clinton on a subject that you have just a minute before bare faced lied about and then fall into a bizarre routine braying the words Sean Hannitty over and over like some mentally challenged puppy barking for his comfort blanket.Turning millions into thousands

....Watched the debate this morning, and was a little surprised to see everyones reaction...Trump probably lacked the spark he usually produces, and there were definitely missed opportunities by him, especially to let the email scandal disappear so quickly...But he was definitely right on trade...I think he did a good job with the black/Hispanic population, and nailed Hillary a lot about being there too long and not making a difference, so why should people expect her to make a difference now... I would probably say Hillary shaded it, but I reckon there is definitely more room for improvement with trump than Hillary, so I think she will be the more nervous for the next one...
