I take B12 (16667% RDA), it's pretty cheap. Also as you get older 50+ it is recommended that everybody supplement due to increased absorption problems.
Omega 3 in the form of EPA/DHA (not ALA) and also vitamin D (take it in the form of D3 not D2).

I would supplement fora reason, and avoid crap multivitamins really. I think out each one and why and advise likewise. I notice good improvement from them anyway. Who knows how much of it is a ginseng effect heh.

If there is one people probably should take when otherwise healthy it is D3 that is recommended. I'm also interested in Spirulina but merely reading about it atm to see what it is for.
