No need to panic yet - a few possibilities from the above running bets & still €580 to be bet with in this round. If we can double that were back to where we started this round.
Im not involved (unfortunately missed it) so hope you dont mind the intrusion.
The idea of these syndicates is to find the value. The peer pressure and team effort in to it should be a positive to spur you on. Missing here so far imo.
I would also urge you guys to talk through your bets some more (which has also been lacking in the other one) before you place them. Ask each other for their opinion - if you still want the bet on after the discussion fair enough but it will greatly help you find value and winners rather than head strong, poor or even contradictory bets thus far!

stick with what you know imo, I don't know anything about the horses so i blindly put a few quid on tips from the bbv and other places but i'd never dream of putting a bet on a horse for the syndicate. I don't follow LOI closely but I do a little research before i put up my loi bets here from looking at the form of the teams to checking out websites looking for injuries to important player and the LOI thread here has been the difference for one of my bets coming in.
My GAA bet this month is pretty safe apart from dublin vrs Galway . Kildare will run the dubs close in the football but i think dublin will prove too strong the other 2 bets were stuck in to increase the odds.

Even with everything else losing we're still looking at about €50 each in next round, so not an absolute disaster. Would be nice to see a bit more planning put into the next rounds bets though as would be fun to see us continue rising.

good day with 2 bets coming in and another starting, Nice sweat in the end GAA won't be happy.
Ref was very poor so i was very surprised that he blew up hopefully the GAA will never appoint him to a championship game again. How Kildare finished with 15 men was a joke. The linesman saw the punch in the head and either he or the ref bottled it.
Missed my bet last night. For some reason, i thought the EA cup matches were tonight rather than last night. Sligo winning @evens and derry and 11/10 would have been a nice double. Ah well.
I'll most likely go for Monaghan tonight against Limerick. Limerick are rundown with injuries at the moment, and Scully is fielding an already weakened weak 11. Monaghan are at 12/5 at the moment which is a great price.
Bray also play Dundalk and are 13/8. Bray are playing well but started a recent dip in form over the past few weeks. Bray are also missing Jake kelly who is probably their most influential player.
Double is 8/1 and might be too good to turn down.

Spic 'N Span was a non-runner the day I wanted this double on. It runs this evening in Southwell. Around 9/2 or 5/1 atm, it was faily overpriced at 8/1 when I looked last night, I stupidly wasn't quick enough to get any of that.
I think we got lucky that day that it was a non runner. I had only seen it run on the a/w in Southwell and it's turf from hasn't been great in it's last two runs even though it was there with a chance last time out when finishing 3rd. Back on it's fav track & distance today I think it stands a good chance.
Just a thought if anyone is having trouble picking something to back. I'd put my money on it if we were in the next round now. Obviously it could finish last.
On a side note I've backed this one to win and also done a double with Pint Size in 6:30. Saw this apprentice give a great confident ride to a horse at the weekend and would happily back him on another in form horse today. Mainly I'm just a greedy fecker and feel it's a decent chance to have a wee sweat.

Sorry peops. Spic 'N Span finished 3rd. Anytime I have watched it run it hasn't been a front runner, think it might have broke too well from the stalls and was left in front.
