In fairness to Connacht, they had a massively botched pre-season. They only had 1 warm up game against a pro side and two or three more games fell through for various reasons iirc. They weren't anywhere near match fit or ready for the first few games. Good to see them hit their stride now but it will be hard to emulate last years success given the ground conceded in the pro12 already. Leinster and Wasps will be massive tests imo.
