This is very true, I get more queries and job offers through linkedin than anywhere else by far.

My cousin got in touch with a guy he went to college with through Linkedin, he'd been struggling to find regular work after finishing a contract in Australia.

Really opened up some doors for him and he has a great job in Singapore now directly from it.
The funny thing was the guy he contacted wasn't an old college buddy, just another guy with the same name that happened to be in a similar business.

If your going to spend €40 on a fecking converter, why not just spend €80 more and buy a modern monitor. If it doesn't have a HDMI or DVI connection it must be old enough, most monitors these days are dirt cheap from Amazon.co.uk or wherever. It sucks you can't get a simple cable to connect HDMI to VGA though.

The conspirators allegedly earned more than $175 million in illegal profits through advertising revenue and selling premium memberships.


In addition, the following alleged members of the Mega conspiracy were charged in the indictment:

Finn Batato, 38, a citizen and resident of Germany, who is the chief marketing officer;
Julius Bencko, 35, a citizen and resident of Slovakia, who is the graphic designer;
Sven Echternach, 39, a citizen and resident of Germany, who is the head of business development;
Mathias Ortmann, 40, a citizen of Germany and resident of both Germany and Hong Kong, who is the chief technical officer, co-founder and director;
Andrus Nomm, 32, a citizen of Estonia and resident of both Turkey and Estonia, who is a software programmer and head of the development software division;
Bram van der Kolk, aka Bramos, 29, a Dutch citizen and resident of both the Netherlands and New Zealand, who oversees programming and the underlying network structure for the Mega conspiracy websites.
Dotcom, Batato, Ortmann, and van der Kolk were arrested today in Auckland, New Zealand, by New Zealand authorities, who executed provisional arrest warrants requested by the United States. Bencko, Echternach, and Nomm remain at large. Today, law enforcement also executed more than 20 search warrants in the United States and eight countries, seized approximately $50 million in assets, and targeted sites where Megaupload has servers in Ashburn, Va., Washington, D.C., the Netherlands, and Canada. The kids were watching 'The Mask' on Comedy Central and just before it broke for the ads, i noticed something flash up on the screen for about 1/8 of a second. So out with the remote and rewound it back and found out it was this. Is it just a funky story, or are the words in red writing a subliminal message for something?

Here's a tip for the new year, Let's all stop putting eggs in the fridge. We know they're not supposed to go in there. How do we know? Because when you buy eggs from the supermarket they are not in the chilled section. They are on the normal shelf like the toilet rol. Do we put the toilet roll in the fridge? No we don't. Of course, a chilled sheet or two of toilet paper may improve the whole lavatorial experience, but you get the point. So why do we do it? Why do we place eggs in the fridge as soon as we get home? Because of those little egg wells in the door, that's why. Well not anymore. Time to take a stand. Time to make a change. Time to improve our lives. From now on, keep your eggs at room temperature. That way you can free up much needed space in the fridge door for those essentials that have to be kept chilled, like the half squeezed tube of tomato puree, the block of manky hardening cheese or that jar of redcurrant jelly you used once at Christmas in 2009. We must look to the future and the future has no place for eggs in the fridge.

On a related topic...I know nothing about media players. I want to buy one for a relative so that they can stream football on their TV. Do media players with wifi have browsers on them or is it done with specific plug ins for certain sites? And what media player should I buy them, considering that an external hard drive will be superfluous, it really is just to stream livefootieonline.

I haven't used Megadownload in a while but it was shit in comparison with the divx streaming services when I used it. The forum on quicksilverscreen isn't as user friendly as sites like Icefilms and takes a little getting used to as which links load quickly etc (Currently Zalaa, uploadc, vidhog links) but it is well worth it.

Not sure what the prices where with the other crowd you were using but you can get 5 months with RS for €30 and see how that goes obviously works out better if you get the 2 year deal for €100 but if you wanna play it safe maybe take the shorter option.

Maybe look into getting a different filehost like FileSonic or the likes.

I think the WD Live is pretty impressive and only €100 which is fantastic but I don't think you can stream football or if it has a browser on it which is a shame because if you could (not certain you can't) it would be ideal, off the top of my head you could buy a 2nd hand Playstation and use that to stream your media and I'm pretty certain that 5starpool uses that to stream LOF.
