Sorry Kev i cant really help you there. Most of those you have listed the bookies dont bet on throughout the year bar Handball and Volleyball. And thats just usually club games and not national!. So i wouldnt have a clue on the archery, sailing and Taekwondo etc as i find they dont do betting on them or show it enough. So its really only club handball & basketball that i do.
In the handball France will frustrate you in the same way as their rugby team. They can whip a top nation one day and get turned over by Algeria the next!. I think Spain have the same chance as France so at the better price(7/2 - 4/1) you may as well go for them. A decent outside bet in this is Iceland 12/1. But i cant say anything sticks out at all. I wouldnt bother with Irish newspaper info on these sports. You just cant get enough worthwhile information feed on teams preparations joining up from their clubs into camp so theres no telling and theres a lot of politics in teams which is the main reason stars wont perform in the team like you expect them to. Looking forward to it all though.
Lost touch with athletics, and its a minefield betting wise but the Mens 100m is going to be great and the 8/11 Bolt is interesting seeing as you couldnt get 1/6 on him for anything not to long ago. If it was a dog race you just couldnt back Bolt on the recent form. But i feel Bolts reasons may be that he has lost motivation as has done it all and and being pulled here and there for too long. I think the olympic big stage will reinvigorate him to life again though. If you back Blake you will be hating on yourself for not doing Bolt so do Bolt or else just leave it!.

GB were like a League 1 team and Brazil played like world champions. They had Ganso, Lucas (not the Liverpool one), and Pato on the bench. That's £100m of talent there alone. Neymar, Leandro, Hulk, Oscar is about another £125m. Their back line of Marcelo, Juan, Silva, and Rafael is brilliant too.
Everywhere on the pitch they are wonderful. Individually they are way better than anyone and collectively they have been playing together for a good while.
You could a lot worse then have a punt at a Brazil win Neymar top scorer at around 10s.Comment

spiced beef is not just a cork thing but yep its mostly available at christmas , downeys in terenure do an excellent one, I got mine last year from superquinn and it was good. cook it the same way as corned beef. let it cool down and slice it up. serve with thick slices of brown bread and loads of relishes/chutneys. yumyum I'd savage one nowComment
