strange is the way i'd describe them, yeah for tournaments i had read played alot of poker before i read them and found the material very lil use to me,

promotes an ultra aggro style which would be better suited to around the time they wer published, i reckon the harrington books are the nutz as far as tournament poker basics

and after that there is training sites that would offer more than books, just my opinion but there is no harm in reading any book in general
