Evs is ridiculous odds. Bar those 2, only Lloyd can change the thanks count, so i reckon 100/1 is more accurate

The best attempt I've seen for playing flash with an Apple device is this Skyfire app, which is basically a browser that somehow plays flash on certain sites, although it doesn't work universally.

Basically, the company is doing a bit of re-branding at the minute. New business card, logo, website. Myself and the bosses daughter think the the currents ones are a bit dated looking. Most of the office is kind of older so that might be it.
The website flash based (like most architects). One of the points i'm raising is that flash won't work with iphones or ipads. I want to have a decent alternative suggestion ready before I mention this.

highlight the image in designer view , look to the bottomish of the screen (property panel i think)and you will see a tab to put in a hyper-link . Type in the address ( http://www.pokerstars.com ) or whatever you are putting in. that should do it for you.

Nah light 3 bet squeezed David Byrne's HJ open and CO's flat. Byrne folds but your man comes along for the ride. J high dry flop nd he c/jams over my cbet. He hollywooded it up before jamming aswell so I'm folding some of my value range as well. I had bet folded a flush on the river vs the same guy earlier to be shown a straight. Those hands did the damage but lost the loots when I jammed 16bbs w/ AQo from bb over ep raise of a tight player who had just doubled up. Meh.

No foul play involved at all.

The only way we could change post count is by going to the post and deleting all thanks in the post. We can't add thanks to people except by thanking them. At least as far as I know.

I could go into the database and change it from there perhaps, but I'm not even going to check where I could do that.

Quick(ish) question for the fitness minded on the bbv.

I'm supposed to run a 10k on Sunday - the first of my life. I'm pretty unfit - Say maybe 1/2 stone to a stone overweight and a smoker - but not very heavy smoker - and not many cigarettes. I was training with another guy who's similar enough fitness level(i.e. poor) although not a smoker. We only started training for it about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Anyway the last time I was out running until yesterday was over a week ago - and we "ran" ~7km in about 40 mins on a beach. I was pretty tired after it and its the farthest we've ran - but I could have gone another bit. I've had the flu pretty bad with the last week and couldn't go out until yesterday - and we ran 5k. We've planned to go out on the beach again tomorrow evening and run 8k and then maybe two shorter runs before Sunday. We were aiming to do this in <50 mins(lol) but at the moment I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it at all. I'll be starting the 10k having never actually ran 10k which can't be good. I'm not really considering bailing out as an option as the other guy would be seriously pissed off with me - plus I want to do it anyway.

So yeah, what can I do in the next 5 days to maximize my chances of reaching the finishing line in like less than an hour?

Not a lot you can do in 5 days but obv don't do anything reckless like drinking loads of pints, eating shit food, etc. My advice would be to just run the race at your own pace, don't try for any time yet, just try to finish it. Then when you get your time you can call it your pb and try to beat that next time. During the race don't take off at a mad speed (lots will be doing this), just take it nice and easy and get into your stride. Also break the race down. Like say to yourself "ok I am going to do the first 5k nice and easy and if I feel good, i might pick it up for the next 3 and then see how I feel". Gl anyway.

I left without having another job lined up to go to, I hated banking so much that I'd rather have been unemployed for the following 6 months than make the trek to bankcentre every day.
