Given the recent talk of connecting flights, thought it was interesting when I I was looking at Dubai, how many of them was offered with only 70 mins or so of connecting time. That seems way too short but not unusual. Anyone come across something similar? Is that too short? Same airline for both flights...No beast so fierce but knows some touch of pity, but I know none, therefore am no beast.

I'm sure you remember Alf Masood though, who opened the batting for Ireland on many occasions."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

But would have though given it’s popularity in the Indian/Pakistani communities that surely there would be a few Irish born players of Indian /Pakistani parents

It's one of the best things about playing cricket imo. You will nearly always have an Aussie, Kiwi, West Indian, Saffer, Pakistani, Indian or Sri Lankan in your team.
Or even....an Englishman."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."
