Speaking of Asian people, my mind was blown recently to discover the reasons behind the dust mask wearing in public.
Always thought it was due to a selfish desire not to catch bugs or virus', so had a negative impression of people doing it.

Losing weight is easy with motive. If they literally just need to be under 10% body fat and no other composition metrics I reckon they are faves. All they have to do is not eat.
Something like 10% and 250lbs total weight would be hard.

Honestly I don't know. I'd imagine going into finals & the summer series Sexton will play a lot and then his time will be managed carefully leading into next 6 nations & world cup.
