Looks like someone in the law reform commission has been watching too much pornhub
The commission will also look at the law on incest, which criminalises vaginal sexual intercourse between blood relatives.
Consenting intercourse between an adult brother and sister, even if there is no risk of pregnancy, is a crime. “One might question if such conduct should be criminal.”

Also found the constant too/froing of people in & out of the venue bringing food to be a real distraction, smell of the food & rustling was an annoyance.

As V says, it's not a court of law so it likely comes down to "he did it, so what?".
In which case Dems have to try to reach beyond the facts and connect viscerally with people as to why this was such a flagrant high crime and misdemeanour. It is worse than Nixon, no doubt about it.
Problem is that Trump has normalised the unspeakable. He gets a free pass on everything."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Have been listening to old timey music ever since
Cannot wait to go back. Meaning to find out if they ever run old classic movies for that full experience.
'It's a Wonderful Life' would be a lovely Xmas night out.I hold silver in tit for tat, and I love you for that

Sondland time.
CNN reporting that he is gonna spill the beans. Clearly indicate there was a quid pro quo and 'everyone' knew about it.
Now watch the GOP and Trump try to set Giuliani up as a fall guy. Mayor Rudy could be in there tomorrow!"We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Wouldn't be a shock if they did a screening of 'It's a Wonderful Life'. Only hinderance is they might be wall to wall Star Wars over christmas

Did Trump withhold military assistance to a country under attack (by fucking Russia ffs) by making that aid conditional on publically opening an investigation into a political opponent?
All of this testimony is clearly directed at a 'Yes' answer.
So that's the legal case for impeachment.
The above is an impeachable offence. Trump should be impeached and removed from office.
Now you're into the political calculus that Republicans have to make. Do they think people are so entrenched in their political stances that they can take the risk of supporting the retention of a criminal in the White House?
You think yes...I think maybe. Let's find out. In any case, it is momentous."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Sondland is very clearly laying out that all the main political players knew what was going on.
And that it was being done at the express wishes of the President.
The above is entirely consistent with the testimony of previous witnesses.
Wonder how long before we get a Trump tweet dissing Sondland?"We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

But Giuliani joked that he had good “insurance” in case Trump did turn on him, amid speculation Republicans will seek to frame him as a rogue actor.
In a telephone interview with the Guardian, in response to a question about whether he was nervous that Trump might “throw him under a bus” in the impeachment crisis, Giuliani said, with a slight laugh: “I’m not, but I do have very, very good insurance, so if he does, all my hospital bills will be paid.”
Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, who was also on the call, then interjected: “He’s joking.”
