3-4x is fine. You're hand is so strong you shouldn't be in such a hurry to chase people out. And you're just bloating a pot you may end up having to play OOP.

If you were in pos id make it about 275 but id make it more oop like 375.

622 is way too large because hes prob a limp calling fish and if he has decided he's seeing a flop he's calling either size. It becomes awkward post because the pot is bloated and if you have to c bet give up you have to c bet alot more now.

With your raise size the pot will be about 1300 so you'l have to c bet about 500-700

If you make it 375 the pot is about 800 and you can c bet as small as 300

Gives you alot more leverage post flop
