I'd limp along with UTG2, this early in the game just protect your stack playing TAG
Not sure about cbetting into 2 players here as there's alot of hands they'll call with (JQ, 78, Ax and 10x maybe) and you'll more than likely have to shut down on the turn if you get called.
So i'd just check behind but thats just my style early on in these, each to their own etc

Call preflop was very loose so I realise that.

can you explain why you did?
No pressure no antes okay your shortest at table but its definitely not a +ev shove

I don't play SNGs really so take my advice with a pinch of salt if you like, but I think you are taking the wrong approach to them. Rather than saying 'I've lots of chips, lets play loose', you should preserve your chips early and play very tight, loosening up as the blinds become more important.
In the hand with the 7s, I probably just fold from UTG at this stage, and I would certainly fold to the 3bet. Postflop I let it go on the flop.

I know this is a loose call, I folded my first 10 hands preflop... This player that raised 100 seems aggresive.. I had a feeling about the hand

QQ, turn raise seems pretty silly(especially with that sizing as it makes no sense). If I raised the turn it would be sized to an amount that would leave me about psb shove on river. I prefer to raise flop though, but if I didn't I would just call turn mostly, planning to call river.

TT, bet flop, c/f if called.
QQ, turn raise seems pretty silly(especially with that sizing as it makes no sense). If I raised the turn it would be sized to an amount that would leave me about psb shove on river. I prefer to raise flop though, but if I didn't I would just call turn mostly, planning to call river.
2nd hand jus wanted away from with that flopLast edited by iri$hkelt; 06-02-11, 01:08.

Ingnore the "I won a Pot" thing, and concentrate on this. Will make a huge difference to your game, and will stop you questioning your calls/shoves.

Being deceitful <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Big bad at poker.
Ones easy to fix, ones an incredibly difficult tag to lose.
Also, you haven't posted any hands in quite a while, are you getting constructive criticism elsewhere?
I'm aware that this may seem like I'm sticking my nose in someone else's business, but when you're doing things that can hurt the chances of staking taking off here, and I'm one of the members who has benefited from staking, I feel I can voice my opinion.

But the reason I drew attention was because you posted elsewhere after the question ha been asked.
You also played other games after the q had been asked.
I'm not trying to catch you out or anything, just recommending you cut the dishonesty and be real.
