Against a fish I'd probably bet any ace for value.
Check calling is really player dependant.
Again far too general without reads. Against some people AT is an easy fold but against others it's an easy bet or an easy check call.

Pretty difficult to give a meaningful opinion without history. read or even stats for villain.

If he's a fish call flop raise turn ship most rivers.
If he's a nit, reluctantly call turn and likely fold to river bet.

Lots of clues in his tendancies...
Does he barrell, does he vb river any way thin.
