TPTK on paired board vs Drooler - River decision

River line here had me kind of stumped. Its probably very basic, but I've had a dreadful session and I'm not sure if I played this right.

Villain is playing 53/0 over 80 hands, fold to cbet is 44 and aggression is 1.4.

What is the right river line?
    B/C?
    B/F?
    Check?
    C/C?

    What bet amount either

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (4 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (UTG) ($24.33)
    Button ($29.99)
    SB ($21.13)
    BB ($20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, A
Hero bets $0.70, Button calls $0.70, 2 folds

    Flop: ($1.70) A, 3, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.27, Button calls $1.27

    Turn: ($4.24) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.18, Button calls $3.18

    River: ($10.60) 5 (2 players)
    Hero -?

    Id bet about 6.90.
Wouldnt expect to get shoved on much.

    Hes calling down any Ace.

If you bet less than a shove then I'd fold if he raises. He's not raising worse here ever.

That said, shovings best as he'll call a lot of the time with worse and not shoving is losing value.
This may or may not be an original thought of my own.

Shoving what will be a 2x pot size bet looks strong even to the biggest droolers.

I think it will let him get away from some hands that would call a 3/4 to pot sized pot.

Shove seems a bit much, but he does seem a bit special. I prob bet $10 or so

Yeah this. I think I went with the majority here when thinking that he would call a big river bet.

Led out for 8.20 and he shoved.

I tanked, but figured that I'm good here sometimes, his A7 had me crushed. Cooler I guess.
