Villain in this hand is a small winner at MSNL on PTR over a smallish sample of hands. I have never seen him before but I dont normally play 400nl

Both of us are playing pretty laggy because of a fish at the table and we have had some 3betting/4betting exchanges before the hand with no real significance. We are definitely aware of eachother and I assume he is looking to take control of the table. He is 23/18/15 over 88 hands FWIW.

I was somewhat confused on the turn. What range do people tend to do this with? What do I do vs that range?

Could be KT, any slowplayed hand on the flop, sometimes draws he c/c'd with, the occasional oop floats. I don't really know because its not something that is all that common
