I dont think so. I havent looked into it. There is definite links between high carb diets and increased blood pressure (hypertension) but from any studies Ive read it was high blood pressure in overweight adults who had a high carb diet.
So carbs made you fat made you have high blood pressure.
I havent seen any studies of anyone of normal weight range and hypertension due to dietary protein/fat though.
