In this house the Tooth Fairy only comes once... for the first tooth. The first tooth carried a €10 value in 2004, but went up to €20 last year...

The main reason - there was no €1/2 coins in the wallet(!) Both kids tooth choose to pop out <1 hour before bedtime(!)

As for a letter.... pffft! It was a last min call out... what did they expect?!

They're having to put in a massive physical commitment to keep the All Blacks at bay so far - huge hits and big effort at every breakdown. They won't be able to keep that going for much past 50 / 55 minutes imo, so expect it to really open up then whatever the score.
