Also learned to tell housemate to GTF to bed when I'm playing poker. Tilted me no end trying to get me to do stupid stuff, also cost me 1/3 of my stack earlier on the final table when I listened to him and made a loose call and had to fold to a reshoveLast edited by The Aul Switcharoo; 03-05-12, 10:21.Redbet at the Dublin Poker Invasion FTW

A question for the BBV.
I'm looking to store exhibition boards in the Waterford area. There are eleven 8'x4' boards and the supports required for them.
They are in a storage unit ATM but the cost is killing the club tbh. We don't need a storage unit. Just somewhere dry, clean, and secure.
I seem to recall Iron Mountain having a warehouse in Slieve Rua which would be ideal but I am on hold for flippin' ages with them now and getting bored of it!
Any help much appreciated.Last edited by bp_me; 03-05-12, 10:25.May you live in interesting times!

Was very drunk so prob an easy target but robbed of wallet, watch, phone and shoes! Dunno if area still dodgy but be a little careful there at least. Pretty sure it was near stockwell (or similar name) and we say on Sky News the next morning that someone had been stabbed to death there the same night. Made the loss a bit easier to take!!Pm for rakeback deals

Duff and Phelps had the affront to suggest that the old club, established in 1872 and incorporated in 1899, would somehow manage to convince HMRC to accept a CVA, despite there being zero money available to them.
This will not and cannot happen. The last chance to save Rangers Football Club has gone.
Unfortunately for the UK taxpayer, they are about to take a bath for around £75m worth of medicines, school books, Help for Heroes and care services as Rangers spent all their tax money chasing football trophies."

I would recommend starting with the book that kicked off the field Authentic Happiness by Martin Seligman (the founder of the field):
Then I would download Tal Ben-Shahar's Positive Psychology lecture series from Harvard. Cousins should be able to help you with that, titled Harvard - Tal D. Ben-Shahar - Psychology 1504 - Positive Psychology.
Beyond that I can suggest our own Alan Carr's book on the field which gives an excellent overview of it. It is quite academic:
Then a couple of practical guides by Barb Fredrickson:
And Sonja Lyubomirsky:
