Just because its an old piece of legislation doesnt mean that a conviction is unlikely (heck, the OAPA 1861 still operates in the UK).

How does a pedometer work? Like lets say you put it in your pocket and you are sitting down and you tap your feet a couple of times does it start marking steps or is it based on distance or what?
