I took/bought a westie off a girl who was/is an alcoholic+drug user in a 'volatile' relationship as dog wasnt being looking after. (1 yr old when i got it )
It had patchy hair loss and was underweight.
I have been using a specialist medicated shampoo and nuts and hair has grown back and looking well now
Problem trying to sort now is that every time there is a loud noise or raised voices the dog starts spinning round and round. I am assuming its a physcological problem from previous owner.
I have tried holding it , settling it down and offering it a reward when it stops spinning but to no avail.
The dog is now 2 years old and worried that its maybe too late to rectify
Any ideas/tips/links etc etc appreciated

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money, but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.
No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the most talented musicians in the world. He had just played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, on a violin worth $3.5 million dollars.
Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100.

I have Vodafone broadband. Got a call a couple of months ago from a sales guy offering me an upgrade to 6meg FOC if I signed up to a new 12 month contract.
I agreed, he said it will take effect immediately. I never really checked it. I did a speed test a little while ago because a YouTube vid was taking an age and it came back at 1.3 (did one since and it's 2.3). I called support to complain and he says the max speed of my area is 3meg so 2.3 is acceptable.
He told me my area won't be upgraded to 6meg for another six months.
Am I correct in thinking they broke the contract?
Am I within my rights to switch to UPC?

Did he say 6MB? or 'up to' 6MB? They usually say the latter and it covers them for a multitude. You should be able to get out of it though but it most likely take a while and could mean you have to go to Comreg to get it sorted
