Ah... The feeling of wtf? emptiness. I remember it after first reading the book. Part of the reason this series is so compelling is that George Martin is willing to kill anyone off. That means anyone! In fact he's a fairly sadistic bastard with his characters. Neds dead baby. Neds dead. But story moves on. Now they've got rid of the Sean Bean wagebill they might show a few more battles. Really liking the Bronn - Tyrion interplay.

In the books Robb sneaks into Jaime's camp in the night and releases his direwolf amongst their horses. In the confusion a few hundred Tully men raid his camp and then make a hasty retreat into the Whispering Wood. Jaime takes the bait and thinks this is just a few Tullys who were outside the castle they're besieging, harrying the siege. Being Jaime and always spoiling for a fight, he leads a load of men into the woods to chase them out, and finds Robb's entire army waiting for him.

I'm just past that part of the first book. Is the fifth book coming out this month?

Episode 10 the circle of Ineptitude.


This episode introduces the earl of bathwater and None the Wiser, None the wiser has been posing as the village idiot
for most of his life but is really rather clever. He has been collecting shoe stamps from his daily busks and now has enough to take on the walk of broken branches. Upon completion of the walk of broken branches he will be allowed back into his village and bed the 2nd eldest daughter of Damo the ogre -> Gillian the grinder. Their child will grow to become the squire of the stingers and will wear briefs of nettles to keep the angry look on his face and his groin flushed and red looking, this is needed scare off the snailpeople, who attack slow and with purpose but will about turn if they see evidence of STDS, CHD, or SHD, they have a mortal fear of knobs and knobrot. The Squire of the stingers nettle rash will keep the village safe for 12 years until, Michelle of the 3 tits allows none the wisers 2nd chid to suckle upon her. She turns out to be Nones long lost sister who was thrown out of the village for accidentally mating with Corbett the rake after a feed of shrooms and thistlewine, CTR rode her well and true, but some of his seed fell to the forest floor and into the ass of a passing and on heat boar-skunk thus impregnating it. 12 seconds later out poops(yes poops) a Finkle . The Finkle is so stupid thatt grows up to become the village idiot and so completes the circle of ineptitude and the whole thing ends up in a continiuos loop until the Kayroo, the Larristers barrister sues the writers and the whole story is retold. The Kayroo dies of knobrot (he never listened to the nitty warnings from the snailpeople)

The earl of bathwater died before filming and was written out of the story so forget him.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience. All the queuing and squashed crowds were well worth it, getting the pat down from a secret service agent was pretty cool too.

Obama was amazing.

I got to within 60 feet of the podium, to see him up so close and hear him speak was mind blowing.

When Enda was introducing him he was standing with his arm around Michelle and the crowd started chanting 'Obama Obama Obama...', you could see her mouthing 'Wow' and he just stood there with a huge big smile, such a proud moment.

When he got to the 'Yes we can' part of his speech the roar was deafening, people just went bananas.

An unforgettable experience.

To top it all off I bumped into Prince Joffrey in the crowd....

On another note, one year on from first picking up the guitar and I've finally mastered my first barre chord, I'm so over the moon now, been struggling with them since January.

I was practising them on their own for ages until I finally copped on that if I just learn one in a tune I'll pick it up much faster.
