The WW thread is actually getting pretty heated.
Hope the mods have bought www.irishwerewolves.com just in case we have a few splits in the group!

But I imagine you may need more specialised texts for your work (especially if you are going to be modelling), specialised in the sense of books specifically on the types of statistical tests you are thinking of doing if they are complex. At least a simple book will get you to the stage of knowing what tests you need to read up on.
You might get something from some of these links, but again they seem basic:
Whether you are interested in joining the field, or are already part of it, learn about the the various resources available in the Psychology field.
What is the nature of your data, variables, and what do you want to know about the data?

No particular beef with Mullingar, there are absolutely shed-loads of towns, villages and townlands in Ireland I wouldn't be able to live in...I grew up in Galway and it is pretty much too small a place for me to enjoy living in now, I only really enjoy living in cities, particularly those with LOADS going on, so Dublin is just about big enough. The thought of living somewhere small and quiet horrifies me.

However DOF isn't fantastic. The 100 note at the top right needs to go. And the models skin tone appears uneven.
Was this on camera flash? The EXIF indicates the flash fired.
Also you need to convert to sRGB to post on the web. aRGB will leave the colours looking flat in most browsers. You can't see this because Safari on the mac is colour space aware.May you live in interesting times!

LOL from andrews blog ,
The first thing I thought of was when I sat down was 'Shuffle up and lol", as there was some seriously funny carry on at my first table. I had two team pros at the table but thankfully, they were French Poker770 team pros, so they were obviously in bits.
brilliant stuff.

John Baxter: A Pound of Paper
Quite good, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it. It did get me reopening my callcard collection from the teenage years, and looking critically at my own poor collection of first edition books (pride of place to all the first edition Brendan Behan's obv!). Does anyone else collect anything, or is that an out-of-date hobby at this stage?
I have these limited editions that cost a few hundred sterling each new:
Thoroughbreds Of The Crown: The History And Worldwide Influence Of The Royal Studs
The Grand History Of The Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe
(both of these are 14"x10")
I also am fond of five books by pedigree expert Michael Church:
The Derby Stakes; Dams Of Classic Winners; Champion Sires; The Classic Pedigree; Eclipse:The Horse.
These cost about 80 sterling / limited editions / now hard to get.
I don't collect them as an investment. I buy them for the information inside.

A friend was goading me yesterday because the lotto was heading for €7million and he'd done it and I hadn't.
I just had a sense it wouldn't be won.
Egg on his face.

A lot of developments are unsustainable, an eyesore or not fitting with an areas development plan. We can't expect An Bord to ignore these factors and approve left, right and centre just because we're currently stuck in a rut. It's also worth noting that in 5 years time, when we're out of this mess, An Bord will be the first to come under fire for allowing the eyesore/vacant/monstrosity to be built.

I think next WW game has to have something invested in it..
Everyone has to put up a tenner or something, if WW win, they split the pot, if Villagers win, they get their money back and the WW's money goes into the next pot.
Every time you play as a villager, you are playing to save your money, everytime you play as a WW, you are playing to win money, reflective of the game itself.

Hitchhiker, STATA sounds like the right build of comp programme to do the testing you require.
Obviously, there would be more advanced programmes that would do the business, but having used that for Econometrics for over a year, I would imagine with a bit of effort you'd get a lot of results out of it.
Its pretty good for modelling data, interpreting results, and figuring out if something has significance in the model.
Here's a sample output of data from it.
EDIT: that output is from a dataset similar to a census, and used to model people's wages

Can't remember much about it except that it was set in Rathmines.
