But without us here to see it wouldn't that affect the quantum state of the red giant thus altering the ultimate outcome? Obviously the only way any of us could not observe it is if we were all killed by the red giant so obviously it would have to exist until the point when we all died but at that stage it would surely be freed from being ina fixed quantum state?

First off, other than the typo of not having a space between "in" and "a" in the last line there are no errors in that post from a spelling point of view.

The Router keeps turning on and off every 30 mins or so, been happening everyday for the last week. I just unplug it, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on... same shit 30 mins later. Can i fix this? Are they able to fix this? Do i change provider? totally lost tbh

Btw it's TV/Internet package, 30 gig unlimited download. Comes through the white box they install.

So NAMA propose to underwrite negative equity guarantees for buyers of properties which are underwriting their loan book portfolio.

Apart from the obvious mission creep this involves its going to gut the first time buyer market entirely. Why take a risk on buying another home when you can buy a NAMA home with a guarantee?

Also the severely restricted bank appetite for new business will be used up on this as its lower risk for the banks and the political/civil service vested interest in NAMA is huge.

NAMA don't own that many houses in Dublin (let's ignore apartments for now and focus on the mythical 3-bed semi-d) but they own shedloads of property down in culchieland.

to date, prices have dropped further and faster in Dublin than 'down de country'; this is about to be reversed. And good enough for you boggers too.

Actually I have the same problem with UPC, only got it in on Tuesday but have noticed the connection dropping every hour or so. Impossible to play poker on, not sure if the router is powering down though, will check later. What is the issue if the IP is resetting?

I can deal with that, just don't go after what I've saved and invested FFS, I've already paid taxes on that you bastards! Imagine a 'wealth' levy on the capital value of your privately-held broker or funds accounts, gods that would cause an escalation of the capital flight to beat everything and signal the death knell of Irish-based brokers. I'd say this is a bit unlikely as it would be a direct attack on the 'priviledged classes' that many financial efforts cooked up by the government are designed to protect - think of all the well-to-do senior civil servants and private school old-boys with beefy stock portofolios...do ya think they'll ever really be asked to pay up? Much easier to squeeze the vast masses of the middle class with a few savings accounts and a pension fund that's going nowhere...
