Kinda wanted to steer clear of the corporate side of things as it's only a 2,500 word report and was hoping someone would suggest something smaller/more local (Dublin/South Dublin) that already does some green/sustainable things and then I can make recommendations for them going forward. That's basically what the report is - looking at what they do already and then what can do to in the future.

As I said above I'd prefer a more local company, be it an office based business, a restaurant, a shop/chain of shops etc. I think a big company or a company that is solely "green" geared would just be too much to include and also harder to make recommendations for the future as you'd assume they're already doing everything.

Bord na Mona is more along the lines of what I'm looking for. Basically I don't want a company that is geared solely towards sustainability/green practices as it's too hard to make recommendations for the future as they should already be doing them. Ideally, I'd have a company that is well known, that has undertaken some green initiatives and wants to be seen as a greener organisation in the future and discuss how they can go about this.

The way they play now does suit Drogba and Anelka, that's why if they are going to play Torres and I'd say Roman gives Carlo a couple of hints that he wants his £50m striker playing, they will have to change their style.

Torres' passing isn't great and he's not good at holding the ball up. Chelsea's build up is also too slow for him, as by the time they get to the final third there is little space in behind for him to run into.

You have to get the opposition turned to see him at his best, it's his pace over the first 2/3 yards that gets him into the positions he normally scores from. Whether that's him playing on the shoulder or facing a defender one on one.

Drogba will prob be off during the summer and they can then start to organise a team around him which is what he needs,I assume this was the plan when buying him . The current system with him playing with Drogba never seemed ideal for Chelsea to get the most from him.

The question that remains is whether he's past his best and if he can recreate his awsome form with Liverpool. I think he can but he's a fragile creature and he needs to be lucky with injuries and avoid another summer tournament(see my previous post regarding Spains invite to the Copa America).

If Chelsea really plan to build the team around him for next seasons assault then it would seem prudent to just rest him now and let him heal for next season. This might seem odd but he looks like he's broken to put it simply, and the long term benefits could be huge for Chelsea if he regains his form for next season.
