I tend to wait for a good hand a bit too much and find myself folding way too much instead of being more aggressive nearly every time i go to Mountmellick ( sorry gillian) i final table and leave with nothing, wtf am i doing wrong? nicky u being an expert might be able to help!
even with the ukipt sats i have made a good few final tables and again nothing. is there any particular book that focuses on final tables, please dont recommend a web site as i read most nights in bed, i like books..
Harrington on Holdem 2 is a bit dated but focuses on end game and is still a good bookmark for building a better end game, hailed as one of the best poker books. It's the only book I have read on poker so obv I can't offer advice on any others.

Put it this way: You know the way you fell approaching the bubble? Well at the very least 2/3 others at the table feel the same way so you should adapt and pick on them as they're less likely to put up a fight as they try to crawl through the bubblePining for Wa'erford

Wheres my sandwich, goddam thieving slobs I'll rip all your heads off and spit down, oh there it is.
And Michelle, thats a compliment by the way.
Reminds me of the time I went to Boyles in Tallaght (junkie city). Went to put a bet on and there was about 4/5 junkies behind me, putting their €1 on the virtual. Anyway had my wallet in my hand and when I went to pay realised I had dropped €50 on the ground. No sign of it and I was like a demon. Went over to my mate and called the junkies every name under the sun. I was even going to say to one of them "enjoy my €50 you cnut" but decided against it.
Went back to work and there was my €50 sitting on my keyboard

However, on this occasion, it is you MrsFD and not the male posters who are treating MSN differently because she is a woman. If a male poster had the same reaction to my comment and subsequently to Zod's as MSN did he would be roundly slagged for it and, in the parlance of the medium, told to GTFO.
CHD is a brilliant example of someone adjusting to the general style of the forum. Initially I couldn't stand to read anything he wrote but I'm actually quite fond of his posting style now. It certainly is not my attitude that has changed.
The QED joke was one I would have used on anyone who posted as she did given the context. It had nothing to do with her gender (nor do I believe anyone has said so) however SHE made it about gender in how she justified her reaction to it. I honestly see no difference between how posters have treated her with comparable outbursts by Bubbleking, SICKPUPPY or (in his youthful days) CHD.
Frankly the only people I see treating Michelle any differently because of her gender are the other women on this forum.
This is not an attack on you, for whom I have the very greatest of respect and affection as you know, or on Michelle. I have made my peace with her over the comment and explained there was nothing meant by it. I'm just annoyed that this has taken on a men -v- women aspect when, really, there is nothing to justify such a narrative. You are technically correct...the best kind of correct

It absolutely wrecks my head that Nolans don't trust people to weigh their own fruit and veg, but that said it could well be that they think that most of their clientele wouldn't be able to operate the simple machines....
None the less, Clontarf is a lovely place to live.Double-decker bus enthusiast

A SURVEY carried out by Peninsula, the Irish employment law firm, shows that 29pc of Irish employees were late for work yesterday after forgetting the clocks went forward.
The survey also showed that 97pc of bosses have experienced employees turning up late when the clocks have gone forward in the past.

Also needless to say Kinara is just yum yum yum! If you haven't been it is highly recommended, never heard of anyone not absolutely loving the place.

Oh I didn't mean 'can play' as in 'are competitive', I meant it literally as they have hockey pitches.
