I got lucky when I was both departing + arriving a couple of weeks ago, the place was virtually empty compared to T1. It was faster than I ever managed to get through the airport previously - security checks and bag drops + collections were done in a couple of minutes a piece. I was flying out early midweek and returning lunch time midweek too so maybe that contributes to the speed at which I got through.
It looks nice and streamlined but it is vastly underused imo and seems to me like a massive waste of money to build it. That's not considering what it costs to keep the place running between manpower and overheads on a daily basis.
People say I should be more humble I hope they understand, they don't listen when you mumble
