We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.
just finished watching the IO, quite enjoyed it. I spotted my chips in mitchells stack,
in case I didnt mention at the time, I got a bad beat don't you know.
Thought Carr did fine myself, the 10s hand looked pretty standard. Sick unlucky way for him to lose, if you get to a FT of the IO the goal should be to win, whenelse would you get a chance like that again. His unfking real comment was funny though, feel the pain.
Di Maria disappointed me in the Madrid game, great goal but his playactig was a joke, should be banned for that, (I know Ronaldo etc)

Pictures from the week of heavy snow in Dublin in 1982. A few of these pictures were taken in my estate. My parents moved into the house a few weeks before everyone got snowed in for a few days.

Ty Phil, everytime i see that FT i feel a little bit ill.
you have fuck all colour in your face at the best of times but after that hand you wr BLUE!.. Big chances don't come around often and it's sick when you do everything right and that happens. But your big hit will come one day........just don't be taking pointers off Donal

ref thought the leading arm made the contact, clash of headsm bad decision, worse I've seen Madrid play this season.
The Milan game was strangled by Romas expert use of the offside trap, but it was facinating watching Milan struggle with the tactics. italian football can be entertaining if you find tactics interesting. Spain is where the sexy stuff is though.
was worth playing for this flop alone though about 4 hours ago

Detective Dirk Gently's investigation into a missing cat links to some unlikely incidents.
It's on the iPlayer for another 10 days or so, for those of you can get to it. I thought it was quite good. Mangan got the character spot on, they added lots of visual gags, and produced a decent enough hour-long show from bits of the novels. It seemed like a natural progression from the new Sherlock Holmes - to do something sillier and more fantastical. I think this was just a once-off though. I hope enough people watched it that they can get approval to make some more.

Remember the Titans is getting me through the first leg! Some quality views out the window of the train..tried to take some pics with my webcam but the sun's glare ruins them. Maybe later..
Wonder could you get the other two to agree to a rock, paper, sizzors game before the prize pool starts to fall in order to decide who gets what. Would it be allowed?
Hilariously, you'd probably get some of them not agreeing/angle shooting/agreeing but then Welshing when they had to rubber stamp it.
People, eh.
X can be anything, any number, that is what’s CRAZY about X.
Because X doesn’t roll like that, because X can’t be pinned down!
I was expecting more Leinster love in here. Incredible performance on Saturday from 1 to 15. I just hope they can keep the graph on an upward trajectory. Joe Schmidt showing he knows a thing or two about dissecting a game and getting a performance from his players.
Very dissapointed with Munster as I don't think the ospreys are a great side but munster didn't trouble them on the day. Hopefully they can pick up some form during the magners league as they still have a team capable of a quarter final berth imo.
Ulster aren't good enough but at least they are blooding some new Irish players and they are finding their feet quickly.

I'm sure it would have been allowed. The show was such a good social experiment, all the fake nicities during the show but when it came to dividing the dosh, people, in particular woman tured into ANIMALS.

Ya I totally agree. It was well gettign cold in the Aviva to watch it but Ulster atleast made a good game of it. I think there is potentail there but just dont really seem to be able to preform fully. Disappointed about the Connaught game, pity to be finshed with the cup so early on but it could free them up for bigger things in the Magners now. Really need to get back to the way we played at the start of the season, not to sure where all the spark has gone but it is dire stuff at the moment

Great performance, Cleremont didn't have a clue what to do about them. I was surprised that we didn't pick up the fourth try on the counter, maybe they were looking a bit tired at the end, not surprising with the effort they put into defence.
I was very impressed with the whole set up in Landsdowne Rd. except for them not having the Munster match on TV beforehand

I think during the 15 seconds, I would just repeat 'I'm taking A, I'm taking A, I'm taking A', etc.
Then when the countdown starts, just shake my head and refuse to engage with them otherwise.

I am surprised about the lack of a propoer prematch set up in Landsdowne alright. I would have thought they would have went for something on the same lines as Croke Park with full meals being served and matches shown to get people in a buying pints early. I really think they are missing out on a lot of revenue
Leinster were pretty quality alright. Healy was superb and Sean O'Brien was absolutely phenomenal. Best ball carrier on display over the course of the weekend imo.
I used to work with Bla, if anyone might have seen her about Dublin this week (or indeed, anywhere else) please get in contact with the number on the page.

I was on level 3 and there are huge well staffed bars with loads of room and a variety of different food stands, I was even able to get a veggie stirfry that was decent enough. But if they were going to make money they needed to open earlier and show the other games on TV
The next time one of you wants to complain about a bad beat, think about this man.Tsutomu Yamaguchi.
From QI
The lucky thing about the unluckiest man in the world was that he survived two atomic bombs. Tsutomu Yamaguchi of Japan was in Hiroshima on business when the first atomic bomb landed in the country. He was badly burned, but survived and spent the night in the city. The next day he got on a train to Nagasaki where the second bomb landed, and he survived again. He lived to the age of 93, dying in January 2010. You can argue he was the luckiest man in the world for surviving two atom bombs, or the unluckiest for being bombed twice. Yamaguchi claims that he knew about 100 other people who were also bombed twice
Pretty amazing imo.

Thats dedication. If I had an atomic bomb droped on me I defo would have taken a sick day but this guy up aand moving the next day. That is what I think is amazing

Lol Neil.
I thought the decision making was very poor. I'm not sure Leamy is captain material. I'd also like to see some of the new blood given more of an input in the pack. Munster looked very jaded.
