Yup, Pennys is the dogs bollocks for kids clothes.

Thery have alot of realy nice stuff which is very affordable and no compromise on the quality.

Tip for the golfers. There's a pretty wide range of golf clothing, I got some good thermal stuff for winter golf which was surprisingly expensive for pennys, but when you compare like for like elsewhere, they were bargains.

wtf is wrong with Dunnes?

Granted I wouldn't be shopping in the clothes section but given that "The Snuggie" is sold in the food section that doesn't really matter.

Anyway saw them in the local Dunnes at the weekend while I was grocery shopping, that's the Charlestown Shopping centre in Finglas. I'm guessing they're probably in most of them though.

The main roads are fine , there was little or no snowfall around here . Allthough it did reach -10 so just tell them to be wary of black ice . If they take their time it will be fine.

Italian football lol. Watched the big money match up between Roma and Milan at a loud San Siro and nearly fell asleep as Roma dug out the dourest of 1 - 0 wins.

Then tune in this morning to catch Lazio taking on Udinese in front of a half empty stadium and get treated to one of the best games I've seen in ages. Chances and goals galore with a late winner to boot. Super stuff.

I suppose that is often true of the EPL too. West Ham vs Stoke will sometimes be an awful lot more engaging than Utd vs Arsenal, etc.

I wouldn't compare Lazio v Udinese to West ham v Stoke. Was an exciting game though, which is surprising because those early games are new to Serie A and generally hated by fans and are usually drab affairs.

The milan game was awful but ranieri must be applauded, his tactics were great to see. Being able to nulify a team without putting 10 men in the box was a welcome change i think. juan and mexes played great and at the other end nesta showed why he is one of the greats. Lazio have probably the most complete player in seria A in Hernanes. He has been immense and destined for a big money transfer.

Yep very impressive this season. Milan were reportedly in for him last summer too, really missed a trick because he'll be probably be valued at ~20 million now. The only critisism i'd level at him is that his performance level tends to deteriorate the longer the game goes on, he has improved since the season started tough but he's not a quality 90 minute player yet.

I don't know if they were showing it on Setanta but the second half to Napoli-Lecce was insanely entertaining. Napoli were throwing everything at Lecce and really should have got caught out on the counter-attack a couple of times.

Only one of the stupidest pieces of decision-making/greediness I've ever seen by a Lecce player kept it level, as he thought he'd try his best Maradona impression instead of laying the ball off to a teammate who had an open goal.

Then in the 93rd minute Lecce break forward and look like they are certain to score, somehow a Napoli defender scrambles it off the line, they get the ball forward and Cavani scores an absolute belter.

I think the big matches are generally fairly dour affairs that are more of a tactical battle than anything else, but that can often be the case in the Premiership too.
