As I said yesterday elsewhere, a lot of the debate around Hodgson will be rendered irrelevant by his own incompetence. He seems set to persist with the current tactics and approach. So, when that has lost him into this mire, he will work it so that he loses his way to his P45. The new owners won't take too much idiocy, so he should be gone in a matter of weeks.

Of course, those out there who swore that downgrading from Benitez to Hodgson was good for the club will continue to say it was, but even they can't believe any of it at this stage as we enter a real live relegation battle. £10m to switch between the two? Now that's money well spent.

I believed Benitez time at the club had run its course, I still do. I also believed that Hodgson deserved a shot, that has proved to be wrong, but I can see him getting until xmas at any rate.

There are also those who stated that Lucas is actually a decent player and was just young. He is muck and I don't think he would get into any other premiership team. I realise he wasn't alone yesterday (Maxi should be dropped for a long time at this stage) but when you are playing in such a central role you need to be able to pass the ball 10 yards.

Issue may not be fuel filter.

Older diesel cars may require the fuel lines be bled after running dry.

At the IPO I just get moved to a new table (seat 8) and am sitting down and looking at TT at the same time so I ship for 10bb or whatever and get on with arranging my stuff, taking my coat off etc as its folded around. BB is a very chatty bloke and is deliberating with himself whether to call or not and eventually he doesn't so I push my cards over the line. Guy beside me grabs me and says hold on, SB (seat 2) has called but had his hands are covering the cards. Before the dealer touches them I grab my cards back and the guy flips out saying 'he mucked', and demanding to be shipped the pot without running the hand.
Is he right here? In any case I think its a bit mean spirited.

Depends on rule in play at the tourn. I know if Killarney you didn't have to show but not sure what rule was being enforced at IPO.

cant say for sure without seeing it but it sounds a lot like achilles tendonitis. You can still do your usual icing, rest blah blah blah but you can also do eccentric calf raises. this is pretty much calf raises in reverse i.e. stand off the edge of a step and go on your toes. slowly lower your heels down as slowly as possible. rinse and repeat. Eccentric activity is the number one cure for tendonitis

you should also get some friction massage and ice the crap out of it too

Eldest kid is 8 and is into the cartoon version of "Star Wars - Clone Wars" and all the Star Wars lego stuff. So I said I'd get the original Stars Wars movie for us to watch this afternoon in Xtra Vision.

Came home and stuck it on, the home screen said "Star Wars IV" - FFS, I said, wrong movie. Turns out it is the original. WTF? Then I google it and see that after the first trilogy they made 3 more but time wise, they predate the first lot.

Now I can't sleep wondering what else I missed since I got married

if the dealer touched your cards they would be dead or if they hit the muck other loose cards
they didnt you retrieved them so are entitlled to play them

Fairly surreal hour or so with all these lads sitting around a bar in Liverpool airport on their way home from football. 30/40 or so all glued to The X Factor on the big screen behind the bar, not what you'd expect on a football trip!

Ideally I would like the 1GB internet and free texts to any network with free mins being the least desirable thing for me.

I have checked the website and this doesnt look possible. Should I change network? any suggestions?

I saw that alright, she left her case at the back stairs of the plane and went running back inside to get her purse then.

There were a few lads behind me in the queue (maybe 80-85% of people had already gone through but were standing waiting to be let out to the plane) who had Priority boarding tickets. Up they stroll at the last second and are told to join the queue where they are

Looks of incredulity follow obv as they realise they've each paid €5 to be the last onto the plane!!
