Was clearing one when I heard a low buzzing sound and found what was a bee's 'nest' (definitely not a hive - it was a big clump of old, mossy grass). Lots of very lethargic bees kinda fell out of it, most of them unable to fly and - the weird thing - a lot of them were almost entirely black. They weren't aggressive in any way.
Did I disturb a bee hospice?
It could be honeybees that didn’t find someplace better. It sounds a bit exposed.. probably won’t make it through the winter.
If it’s not honeybees then maybe bumblebees - the nest will be abandoned in the next month or two.

They'll be dead soon enough I'd say. They had a nice dry nest under a bush until I cut it down."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Also, you'd practically have to squeeze them between your fingers to get them to sting you.

Bill Burr's new special 'Paper Tiger' is on Netflix now. Up to his usual standard, though I've overdosed on him over the last 18 months. Did Joe Rogan yesterday

Im gonna say something positive about Trump:
He fired John Bolton
This is a good thing, he did a good thing!
Unless he replaces him with a worse cunce like Zombie Hitler, or going by his Russian connections, Zombie Stalin

There was a great podcast on Bolton I listened to recently. Years ago they were discussing an all out war with Korea and the amount of US soldiers that would end dieing (a lot), welll their soldiers, that's what they're there for. (I may have misremembered the exact words)

Everything else is up to the high standard you'd expect. Battery is tops too.
Got mine on Virgin. It's a bit cheaper there too and they are giving away a watch aswell I think. The Google thing scared some people but this won't be affected.

It's a work phone, have been given the go ahead to get whatever I want as long as it's 'free'. Would actually be a tough sell to ask the boss to stump up a wad of cash, as much sense as it makes.

Utterly shameless bit of politicking by the Scots. Supreme court will definitely have to rule on it now. They were probably going to have to rule on it. Now they definitely do. I'm not saying you're definitely wrong mind, it's obviously possible.

Seems to me like it was unnecessary to reach that specific a conclusion about the PMs motivations. Try reading the additional tweets of the constitutional scholar David Allen Green above. He was extremely excited. Accidentally misleading is a serious problem but not really from a legal point of view just from his competency as a leader.
That would be my take on it but I’m sure Kayroo has an actual opinion based on law.
I really just want to know what punishment is still on the books for lying to the monarch. Cutting out of tongues, left in one of those cages for birds to peck you to death, hung drawn and quartered or just a simple excile.
Brexit is built on nostalgia for an imagined past - might be good to remind people that there were some pretty shitty parts of the pre 1900’s also.

The redacted bit supposedly said:
Tariffs make UK petrol exports to the EU uncompetitive. Industry had plans to mitigate the impact on refinery margins and profitability, but UK government policy to set petrol import tariffs at 0% inadvertently undermines these plans. This leads to big financial losses and the closure of two refineries (which are converted to import terminals) with about 2,000 direct job losses. Resulting strike action at refineries would lead to disruptions to fuel availability for 1-2 weeks in the regions they directly supply. Government analysis of the impact of no-deal on refineries continues.
There's a copy of the document on pastebin dated Aug 18th 2019

This story about AI replay being timed for 6PM because of greyhound racing on tv can be true can it?
THE GAA have confirmed that Saturday's match was fixed for 6pm to accommodate broadcast schedules, with greyhound racing and horse racing taking place on the same day.
Everyone who watches greyhound racing smells of piss, surely such a small demographic wouldn’t have affected this?
