Got a call today from a guy who was all apologetic, says to me 'I'm really sorry sir but Sony no longer manufacture your model, they've brought out a newer version, would you be ok with them sending that one instead?'

This thing's not even available in Ireland yet, only released in March, costs £1000 more in the UK than mine did.
