@Aeropress heads.
Two cups in. Freshly ground espresso coffee (Ethiopian Guji beans for extra wanker points).
I wet the filter as per the sage advice. One thing I do notice is, if I fill to the 2 mark, about a third to half actually flows through to the mug before I start plunging.
Is this normal?
Coffee tastes lovely btw, smooth and 'de-acidified'."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

From my Twitter feed (I try to have a decent number of people I often disagree with on there) it seems opinion is very split on the Syria bombing in a different way to the pro-/anti-Trump sides on seemingly every issue for the past year and a half.
Opinion on whether Assad carried out the chemical weapon attack seems very heavily weighted towards the no side.

I don’t really want to be around the aftermath of a ‘No’ win. My partner is extremely passionate about this as are all the females I know - and rightly so. If I’m honest, a No vote could be the thing that forces me out of the country. Would be a damning indictment of where we are in our national path away from being under the thumb of the pope."Worldly wisdom teaches that it is better for reputation to fail conventionally than to succeed unconventionally." - John Maynard Keynes

Those of you caught up on Survivor -
SPOILERThat episode felt so contrived, one thing I've always liked about the show is that it didn't seem to fuck about with it too much and interfere but this felt a bit crappy, Chris gets an advantage when he's in dire need oh how lucky
Actually kinda thought it might not be a bad spot to go after your woman Libby and the leave the other two just going after each other."you raise, i kill you" El Tren :{)

Can see from a map of current oil pipelines (linky, as quite large), that that area has no oil/gas pipelines at the moment and these are critical resources. Iran's 'sweet' crude oil, that would be carried in the pipe, is a big deal for blending with other oils to improve refinery performance.

And make sure the other people you refer to are registered in a convenient constituency for May25th and subsequently make the effort to vote.
Its something we can all pro-actively do and is likely to bear much better results than debating it on boards or facebook with supposed 'don't knows'.

Speaking of Asian people, my mind was blown recently to discover the reasons behind the dust mask wearing in public.
Always thought it was due to a selfish desire not to catch bugs or virus', so had a negative impression of people doing it.
It's actually for exact opposite reasons.
People wear the masks so they don't spread THEIR bugs and virus'.
What beautiful collectivist thinking.
Sound bunch of lads.I hold silver in tit for tat, and I love you for that

Not sure what they are weighing in at now, but under 10% seems a tad optimistic!
I’d say they are heavy faves. Aren’t they in relatively decent nick now? This is the two boys who had to weigh in inside a pound of each other last time?
Even if they aren’t in decent nick I still think they aren’t faves
I actually think using body fat % helps them. This may or may not be an original thought of my own.
All efforts were made to make this thought original but with the abundance of thoughts in the world the originality of this thought cannot be guaranteed.

SPOILER
If you look at 10% body fat in pics, it's ripped. Just seems like it's going to be a really tough grind, but good luck to them.
T+Cs of the bet
Terms:
- One Dexa scan on the day of March 25th, 2019
- 50K to 150K
- 9.9% or less body fat for both @MattStaplesPKR and I
- No steroids or HGH
- I am allowed surgery to remove excess skin

Losing weight is easy with motive. If they literally just need to be under 10% body fat and no other composition metrics I reckon they are faves. All they have to do is not eat.
Something like 10% and 250lbs total weight would be hard.
Curious there is no clause re drugs in the bet either. Oversight for sure. Easy pathway. This may or may not be an original thought of my own.

Do you think Carbery would do better in Super 14? I've always thought that myself."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Yes, one of my thoughts was send him to play in NZ for a year, write off ireland and come back much better, kind of like what Haskell did a few years back.
