I previously did a lot of standard gym training, bball, gaa etc but from the point of view of having the best quality of life as you get older, they are not the way to go imo, attempting to emulate the movement that a child is able to perform is better.
I would imagine you begin to lose it at school as you're seated for so long for the first time.
I previously thought, why bother with the active work stations but they really are the way to go.
