So a couple weeks ago I won an IPO ticket with a free $35 ticket I got in the IPB league. I then used a $6 sat ticket I won in the same league and won that tournament to get another $35 sat ticket. Just played that now...

I can think of better ways to spend a weekend then in a room full of degenerates but fuck it I guess I have to play now.

Just call some small river bet early on when you have two red cards and theres three red cards out there and proudly announce "a blue". I love doing that against randomers and its amazing the stack you can run up early afterwards

Bizzare stuff on both sides but the Nationalists\Separatists\ETA have clearly won their best case scenario. Pushing for a meaningless vote that they were likely to loose but Madrid massively overreacting and now you have to imagine the vote would landslide.

Going after the ringleaders for treason is one approach for Madrid was the only viable heavy handed approach that could have worked but they inexplicably stopped short, this was heavy handed enough to have all the negatives but with zero positives.

Allowing the vote to go forward and then either ignoring it or simply tying separation up in Bureaucracy and vetoing any joining of the EU, blocking trade agreements and basically making life impossible for the soap boxers to form a viable economy. No idea if they even have enough power plants to keep the lights on as an independent country but since you generally build power plants in the poorest and least populated areas I would imagine they are elsewhere in Spain.

They would soon find out that having a voting block is a way to get into office but to actually have usable power in democratic society you need the connections and respect of your peer nations.

No leader in the EU is going to be in favour of rich parts of states being allowed to separate from poorer. Even outside of the EU few major potential trading partners will be a fan.

Same way when Greece decided to have a protest and voted in the academics and got totally fucked or Britain who has had a little but of a love tap for voting for Brexit but will get absolutely fucked if they implement every country that upsets the rest and goes against the crowd is bollixed.

Serious chance that this reignites the terror attacks of the 80's in Spain.

An interesting glimpse into what voting for unification will look like up north if it ever gets to it.

Is there even a real genocide going on at the moment? Isis have been put down, boko haram in Nigeria seem to have been nutered and Somalia is still wreaked but going though a relatively better period afaik.

If there isn't a serious genocide ongoing it is an incredibly rare period of mans existence.

Low bar I know but have to agree that there is no time in history that for the majority of the world has been as good
