They are convinced that Warren hasn't a chance, Pete maybe a tad more but it's Biden who gets the nomination relatively comfortably.
Most of their family are Democrats from a swing state and they find the prospect of any front runner other than Biden as incomprehensible.
Biden does better than the others in almost all polls with Trump which is why I'd like to see him win in many ways.

Their only responsibility is to ensure the game is safe and that players are treated equally. I know for example that the Fitz have employed someone recently whose role is to review video footage from the previous day.

The same names crop up over and over again - some of them are good players so its understandable, but some aren't, and their cashing rate is really phenomenal. Some of the players in question have been barred for cheating from other casinos."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

I want Trump beaten. Which I think puts all of us on the same page.
Which means I want a Dem candidate that would appeal widely enough in the swing states to win. I've often pisted here that the ideal Dem candidate is from a mid-West or Southern state, centrist, young, military record, with good hair.
I've frequently said that Warren and Sanders look like wonderful candidates - from Europe. In America, they are simply too East Coast and too liberal (read 'socialist' in American terms). They won't fly in the swing states.
Biden is, let's face it doddery, and comes with baggage.
Which leaves us with Buttigieg. And the threat of Bloomberg simply buying his way to the nomination.
Clinton and Kennedy had pretty slim portfolios too prior to winning the WH."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

There was a fair bit of that in the SE at one stage. Guy would signal his buddy he had a top hand, buddy would raise it up, fish came along for the ride and then guy would pump it again. Crude but effective way of getting stacks in pre!
If I recall, it was all done via chip stacking."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

He has appeal with minorities that neither Warren or Pete possess. I agree, I'd be Warren>Pete>Sanders>various others>Biden but given the over-arching goal is removing Trump then Biden seems the logical choice.
Pete actually does the worst against Trump of all the top candidates https://www.realclearpolitics.com/ep...iden-6247.html

I don't think socialist is as much of a dirty word as it once used to be. Perhaps we'll get the new FDR.
He's a loser, failed multiple times to get the nomination and if the Dems are stupid enough to pick him, he'll lose again.
And his age will definitely be an issue."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

I do like the Trumpian argument that electing Dems gets you some hideous European socialist hellhole. Like Sweden."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

I think if you were a upper-income earner (like 150k+) in the US, living in a nice house and with decent exposure to the stock market through your 401k, you would be quite conflicted in terms of your vote.
Trump is clearly appalling and promotes some terrible policies. On the other hand, do I feel richer than ever? Fuck yes!
So it's possibly understandable when you see the way the college-educated vote breaks. Especially when the Dems turn off some of them with woke BS."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Was there any issues in cash games?
I used to play a bit in the Riverside in Drogheda. It turned out the dealers were over raking and dumping the chips back to their friends in table games.
When I heard about it, it made me think of a hand where I split a big pot, there was a lot of talk and disruption, when I got my chip stack back it looked light, I counted it, and the dealer was smiling at me. Wasn't confident enough to make an issue of it at the time.

While the printer has been installed at Kildare House, it is not currently in use due to an industrial relations stand-off between the Oireachtas and staff tasked with using the machine, who argue they need to be remunerated for work that requires up-skilling.
It is also understood IT staff in the Oireachtas are reluctant to allow the printer to be granted requested server permissions in order for it to run.

Had a 2 hour tour of Mountjoy today. 4 of us shown round by one of the 3 Chief Officers and it was fantastic. I've done Kilmainham twice but being shown around a working prison was a lot different. Highlight was the old hang house and of course the main prison. Dont ever want to go back though.

Rake in the Fitz is very low compared to casinos around Europe. And because they have a timed rake system in place anyone can see what’s being dropped every hour.
Rake is so low that’s it’s stopping competitors entering the Dublin City market.
Re other casinos attempting to stop cheating - I know for a fact that Deco and his pals were barred from the Jackpot for taking chips in low entry tournaments and introducing them in higher buyins. I’d be surprised if management in the Fitz were not aware of this.

Is the floor staff involved?
If so are they helping with seat draws and table brakes etc?
