I think he's dead as he is not good enough. He is obviously very talented and think he was offered a Munster contract. Limerick - Bordeaux know which I would choose. Think he spent two long as second choice at Leinster and was is good evough to be first choice somewhere else. Surveyor wouldn't cover it and likely specifically excludes it. Plus people tend not to get apartments surveyed. The requirement for a formal complex wide cert only came in during 2015. The state abdicated all responsibility and are now introducing checking of standards after the shit has been flippped to the suckers.

Think they are fundamentally badly designed, even if they did conform to specifications. If there was a major fire, an evacuation would make the fire doors on the really long corridors redundant.

Listen lots of them have a design issue but that's somewhat of a distraction.

People buy into these places because it's all they can afford or they are being told it's a great investment by the refreshed and renewed property cheerleaders. They have a right to expect that a building finished and sold in 2013 and 2014 on behalf of a state agency met basic safety standards and they werent sold something with basic deficiencies such as substandard fire doors.

I started my first job in NZ 2 days ago, brought into a conference room for a meeting, cake and an intro. One person got happy birthday sang to them which was pretty odd.
I'm way behind in terms of knowing systems and was pretty lucky to swing the job based on my experience but there is just a ridiculous amount of hanging around chatting about nothing. I can't believe how relaxed the atmosphere is.
