    Noob Question on the Property Market in Dublin Area

    Hi Everyone,

    Does anyone know if there is a demand for new build housing in the Dublin commuter belt area? I seem to remember hearing there is big demand for housing in Dublin, does that stretch to 30 km outside the city, essentially a 30 minute journey by car.
