NOELHAYES/Brian Hastings story is rumbling lately.
Hayes’ ownership of the “NoelHayes” account was confirmed by Flushdraw.net two weeks ago, via third-party sources. The site also posted a link to an Irish poker forum known as boards.ie, in which Hayes, posting as BigCityBanker, discusses his play in a 2007 online tournament as “NoelHayes.

EDIT: post was deleted. Basically it was just a question in BCB's well (the most recent post in the thread was from 2008) asking "what is your involvement with the Brian Hastings multi-accounting scandal"Last edited by Jam-Fly; 12-08-15, 16:39.

It seems like an achievement of sorts, and yet at the same time the most mundane activity in the world.

It seems kind of retrospective/unfair to me though. Obviously the small print will have told 'sellers' that they are liable to check the tax situation in the country that they are renting in, but still. People are idiots, and it wasn't spoken about much / at all.
On the other hand, there's definitely a horde of good quality homes/apartments that are solely on airbnb for weekend visitors (@ previous no tax) instead of normal rental market, so this a good step to flush them out and into the open.

Am thinking A View from the Bridge, Dancing at Lughnasa and Hooked! for now, very pedestrian choices but surely will be enjoyable.

Standout for me is A View from the Bridge, looking forward to that as the Gate have been doing some outstanding Miller productions lately.
Also going to The Night Alive, which did really well in 'Murica. And giving Shibboleth a go, without any great expectations.
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime seems to be sold out already, which is wierd.
Bringing the kids to Manxmouse, which will hopefully be good craic. The Ark is a fantastic resource that very few people seem to know about, despite being smack in the middle of Temple Bar."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

€50 lowest priced seat, for a fucking friendly. Seems unreasonable but nothing sells like success I suppose.

People who were renting out large enough quantities and duration to make a sizable income and incur a back breaking tax bill than they are pretty dim. It is the equivalent of a taxi driver thinking that because someone Hailo's a cab he dosnt have to declare it or trading shares online and thinking that because you didnt walk into a stock exchange you dont need to pay cgt.

The decision has come down for this season's train\rugby bonanza; Oyonnax vs Ulster (we have acquired a Cavan man). Will certainly be the smallest place yet."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

I couldn't giveaway match tickets this morning. Not going myself but one of the other lads is taking them. First world problem.
On my own euro I always go restricted view for the AIs and 6Ns. Can't justify full price. European cup is much better value.‘IF YOU had not committed great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you.” Genghis Khan
