if it is clear in the evening I hop on one of the free bikes outside of work , cycle up as far as big tree in Drumcondra.. stroll across road and hop on bus home. weird thing I hop on the free bikes without a helmet...

Think there is a bit of a snobbery creeping in between "cyclists" and those who use free bikes.. there is an assumption that anyone on a free bike is a complete muppet and novice cyclist so everyone tries to get in front of them at traffic lights....

This is the reason that the RSA cited for keeping wearing a helmet optional. Makes sense I suppose.

My sister in law is a carer for a paralysed girl, she regularly does 72 hour shifts. She obviously sleeps during it, but not a normal sleep, she needs to jump up at a moments notice. Takes a certain person to be able to do it. Wouldn't be me anyway.

It depends who you talk to. As much as people complain about it a lot of those in the position to advance your career would see it as earning your stripes so to speak. Money is no issue we get paid bi weekly and anything over 78 hours is paid at 1.5x or 2x on Sundays. So plenty of opportunities to spin it up

Just rock up. They have tours often. About every 20 mins or so. And when he says he needs tasters just put your hand up straight away to volunteer. You get three small shots on top of the free Jameson you get for doing the tour. It's a great tour.

The UFC don't need Conor McGregor to become a champ or the GOAT to make billions. They are already very wealthy and will keep adding to it with or without him.

A McGregor loss is probably better for them long term. He is talking about cross promotion and changing the game. The last thing the UFC want is MMA stars becoming like boxing stars and making all the money. McGregor has some clever people behind him who are already talking about this. If McGregor keeps this momentum and keeps growing then they'll have created a monster that will eventually cost them money.

If the UFC wanted someone to take a dive they would not of had Chad Mendes step up to take this fight. They would have found a bum or sent him up a weight class where a loss wouldn't hurt him much at all.

Still incredibly young. I believe she had only won one match on grass prior to the tournament. Loads of people say she should have a bigger 1st serve for her size and power. Serena is just so far ahead in the women's game that to put up that kind of performance against her in her first slam final is pretty good going. Pretty confident she will be a future champion. If you have watched any of Serena previous match in the tournament the below tweet is no exaggeration
