In evenings, it is pot luck with the buses, 50% it smells fine, 40% of the time it smells of piss as usually there is a homeless dude riding it all day and 10% it smells worst (not vomit!) and people cram themselves in the opposite end to get away from the source of the stench as far ad they can.
Come back Dublin bus all is forgivenPm for rakeback deals

Thanks so much for the lengthy and detailed reply Hotspur. You could be right about A&E doc not having the specials to dianoise the condition categorically so this is slightly worrying and his advice seems redic poor now. He did say that if the condition persists that a type of epilepsy medication would be required for treatment, something I'm not on and as you correctly pointed out I'm only taking the antibiotic and standard painkillers. The pain killers finish tonight and I've another two days of the antibiotic left.
The pain has mostly subsided, I do however have sensitive gums on the upper left side (can't touch it with a toothbrush, it's like needles) my cheek below my eye is puffed out and my eye and scalp remains tender. I also just know it's there, I can't descride the exact feeling but it's like a dull pain waiting to explode.
I'm not sure what to do now but because I haven't had another attack I was willing to take his advice, the problem for me now is that if it isn't TN, and by the description of your poor mam and all she's going through would suggest it may not be, then the question remains, what the fuck is it?

Alexis and Ox look dangerous every time they have the ball but we look a bit vulnerable at the back as always. Alexis had an open goal if Wilshere just played it 6 feet to his left for that chance he missed. It will come back to haunt Arsenal as always.

This is roughly what how the week went I think: woke up Tuesday around noon, stayed up till around 6am Wednesday morning, slept 4hrs, slept then again at 9pm Wednesday night for 3hrs, then slept for 2hrs again at 8am Thursday morning, then slept for 3hrs Thursday afternoon at 4pm, then slept for 5hrs at 7am Friday morning, stayed up till 7am Saturday morning then, and had nothing on Saturday so slept till 3pm.
so looks to be 91 hours total between noon Tuesday and 7am Saturday, with 17 hours of sleeping and 76 hours of being awake. I like my sleep so I'd definitely average at least the 8hrs per night, so to go from 33% sleeping to 18.7% sleeping is a pretty decent saving*. Felt horrible around Thursday morning, but other than that was actually quite fine and working at the same if not a higher level of productivity.
*if you want to include the final sleep from 7am to 3pm on Saturday, it's 25hrs/98hrs which is 25.5%
I looked into it before and read that if you get to the stage of sleeping 2-4 hours per 24hrs, if you miss a nap by even 5 minutes you feel absolutely horrible, definitely could see that happening. I think I needed a sleep Thursday at around 6am, but had so much work to do I tried to power through and just felt like absolute shit then.

What an impressive second half. An inferior bench and an unfortunate run of knocks and yet they held out a very impressive attacking Aussie team. Bring back in 5 or 6 genuine front line players and work some more on our back line attacking game and this team could have a big year in 2015. POC was immense. In the warm up he was on fire and letting his men know that a repeat of last years lack of physicality was unacceptable and he lead for the entire 80 minutes.Last edited by V for Vendetta; 22-11-14, 19:36.‘IF YOU had not committed great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you.” Genghis Khan
