Wow, and in one foul swoop you seem to be done here. To clarify is the salary €20-30 p/m or €20K-€30K? Email sent awaiting response. How did this get mod approved? I've looked at the vague job spec online and respectfully requested more info.
You have just redirected us to the original spec which is easily accessible through original link. Sorry if I appear cynical but we have had previously negative experiences with Gaming operations offering Pseudo roles which didn't materialise.

                      Awaiting your response.

                      Kind Regards,

                                                Job descriptions

In order to better understand the nature of the job and what it entails, it is necessary to have a good understanding of how the gaming industry is built.

Most gaming sites in the world today, form part of a network in order to increase traffic to a given site and thus making it more attractive to play on. Only a few operators are large enough that they can stand alone. In fact, there are only three sites offering poker that are able to generate the necessary traffic, namely PokerStars, Full Tilt and Party Poker.

All other poker sites form part of a network in order to be able to offer large prizes. The most popular poker networks are currently Ipoker, Ongame and Microgaming which all have a large volume of operators in their network.

In order to be part of such a network, there are a series of criteria and demands set by the Network which all new operators wanting to open a poker / gaming site must strictly adhere to. These requirements are continuously increasing in order to prevent money laundering and for the prevention of using the gaming site for shady business.

The whole process one needs to go through in order to obtain a gaming license (both to be able to form part of the network and also with the respective gaming authorities), is very tedious, time consuming and is associated with a lot of expenses which have to be paid up front before you can even start operating.

The following key points must be taken into account when entering any new market:

1 You must be in possession of an EU approved license
2 You must provide an up-front capital for the network of choice
3 You must pay the network a monthly fee regardless of turnover
4 You must be registered with a legitimate EU LTD company
5 Your yearly accounts must be audited by an approved auditor in the country in which the company is registered.
6 All Shareholders / Directors must be vetted and approved by the Police, Banks and various regulatory authorities.

Licensing: To seek a license outside of the EU makes no sense, even though it would be easy to obtain. The EU has set fairly strict rules about gaming in the EU and within a short time it will not be possible to operate a gaming site in the EU without an approved EU license.

The vast majority of gaming sites choose Malta or Gibraltar when applying for a gaming license. This is due to the fact that both countries are EU members, they have long experience with gaming operators, they are fully approved and well regulated, and last but not least, the company tax rate in both countries is very low when compared with other EU member states.

The estimated time to obtain a license can be close to a year, there are lots of demands, major bank guarantees, and a plethora of papers to fill in, the majority of which need to be drafted and certified by a local lawyer. Such a license quickly adds up € 75-100,000. Up-front capital All networks require an up-front fee to grant a new entrant access to their gaming platform. The price depends on the size of the network - the greater the network the greater the initial payment.

Typically, an up-front payment is never less than € 25,000 for a poker client and the same for both a casino client and a sports betting client and somewhat less for a bingo client. This means a new gaming site operator, must typically fork out around € 100,000 to have all clients (including payment processing which is necessary for players to make a deposit and to withdraw). Monthly Fee All networks require a monthly minimum fee for the operator to make use of the network platform and all the benefits it provides. A monthly fee on a poker flat shape is around € 10-15,000. In addition there is the fee for sports betting, casino and bingo platforms. This means that you are looking at a fee of not less than € 20,000 per month regardless of turnover.

Registered EU Ltd company It is necessary to register a Ltd company in the EU to be able to operate on the gambling market within the EU. Many companies offer company formation services for € 2-3000 but often it turns out that they do just that and therefore once incorporated, without the necessary support, the newly built company ends up being utterly worthless .

Therefore, it is important to be able to trust the company handling your company incorporation and ensure that no stones are left unturned, that everything is explained, and all the necessary documents and taxes are catered for. You have to be 100% sure that the company you use for registration is consistent with the country's laws and guidelines - the price usually ranges between € 5-7500.

Audited Financial Accounting It is necessary to have a registered and approved auditor for tax accounting and financial statements. The auditor must of course reside in the country in which the operator’s Ltd company is registered. When you add up all these factors and figures, whilst also adding in further funding for marketing costs, it becomes apparent that very few have the economic opportunities to be part of the gaming business.

What does Pacino Gaming Ltd offer? Pacino Gaming has developed a concept that allows for virtually "all" to become part of the gaming business. The Pacino Gaming concept is specifically designed for the group that does not have the financial capacity and experience, but who in one way or another is already part of the poker / gaming market or would like to become part of it. One example of a typical Pacino Partner is a small to medium or large sized poker club. Pacino Gaming has prepared a package for gaming clients Each Pacino partner can rest assured that they will not need to think about having to find software providers, or think of licensing, payments, affiliate systems or backend systems.

Similarly, Pacino Gaming can also offer the service of assisting partners in obtaining a properly set-up Malta Company, at a price which is far lower than the market price. Pacino Gaming can also provide partners with professionals who can help with financial or legal assistance if needed at a rate which is also far below the market price. All this is possible due to Pacino Gaming’s large portfolio of gaming partners and contacts in the professional field. All members within the Pacino Gaming organization are backed by years of experience in the gaming industry.

The Pacino organization previously held positions as CEO, COO and board members in Mermaidpoker.com, which to-date is ranked as one of the greatest successes on the Boss Media network history with a turnover of € 7.5 million in the first 11 months and a return to shareholders of 125% in the first year. The secret behind Mermaid Poker’s success was in the way it conducted its business, which was and still is quite unique.

All future partners of Pacino Gaming will receive a manual that explains exactly what they as partners must do in the first six months of operation and they will then be able to propel themselves forward.

So for a minimal, essentially “risk free” investment, all partners will receive all the necessary tools and help from the start, in order to have an operational business from the word Go.

Due to the efforts and costs involved for Pacino to bring in Partners, every Partner’s success is essential to Pacino’s growth. Pacino’s aim is to make every single partner successful, because our Partner’s success is our success.

Therefore we have a full roadmap for every single partner so even partner WHO never have been in any kind of business will be able to run a gaming site A manager or supervisor's role will be that of contacting poker / card clubs in a given country for future cooperation with Pacino Gaming

Best regards and happy new year
