Just downloaded this but dont really have a clue what it's all about. What do these mean and how do i interpret the figures?

vpip, pfr, 3bet/fold%, steal attempts%/fold to steal %, cbet%/fold to cbet%, Now i know what these mean but i dont know what the figures for my opponents mean in terms of what kind of players they are

A usefull little tool, basically a crude imitation of HoldEm Manager.

VPiP = % of hands a player participat/es in by betting/calling excluding blinds.
<20% equates to tight, >32% indicates a loose opponent.
3Bet = proportion of times they raise/fold when played back at.
I personally view anything over 10% as suspicious but I'm a nit.
Steal = how often they open from late position pre-flop or fold to such bets.
Combine this stat with their aggression % to decide if it's a bluff/value bet.
CBet = Regularity a pre-flop bettor leads out on flop / or caller continues to call.
Again double check their aggression stats, 30-40% CBets is reasonable.

Ok so got the hang of this and thinking of buying pokertracker or HEM, any advice on which is better etc?
