'Divil the bother (on me)' means i have no bothers (on me) - ie. i'm grand.
Perhaps derived from 'the devil wouldn't bother me right now' but that's a guess.
Divil (Devil) is commonly used around Ulster (and perhaps elsewhere i dunno) for all sorts of things, 'the poor divil', the 'dirty divil'.
