Taylor still averaged 98.27 which was the second highest of the night after Lewis and that included being 3/12-25% on doubles.
Didnt look that high an average to me when I was watching, lot of loose darts.
Be interesting to see him next week against Wright who was awful tonight with an average of 83.83, comfortably the worst of the night.Originally posted by ArmaniJeansI like this heat - some proper music innit.
None of the 'black disabled lesbian warbling backwards' stuff that the other players inflicted on me.

Had on a bet on the PL darts on yesterday that most 180s would be in the MVG v Chizzy game. Thought it was dead in the water after Thornton hit them for fun in the first match and although Chizzy was on fire, i was sure it finished 9-9 between the 2 games. What's generally the bookies line on that bet? I just checked my account now and i got paid anyway.

Crikey, didnt realise the UK Open was on already. Amazing what a move away from Sky can do to lower the profile of a tournament. One of my favourite ones of the year with the FA Cup style open draw a real novelty. Somehow doubt that ITV will do it the justice Sky always used to though. Fingers crossed that UPC will show it on ITV4, although worryingly the EPG says 'Programme not available in ROI' when I check it. Always the filmon app or other methods of catching it though

Wonder will Sky drop it from their list of 'tv majors' when they are talking about how many each player has won - some tourneys seem to be capable of being included or not depending on the point the commentator is trying to make.

Shame Phil couldn't make it 6-6 but he was 98.5 going into that last leg and came out with a 99.91 to save me. My Gary Anderson to finish in the bottom 2 bet not looking so good now! Need Whitlock to pull something out of the bag to help that cause, and to take the smile off that cnut Thornton's face!
Edit - Bet was a loser with WillHill but i saw 99.91 on Livedarts.com after it finished. Anyone know the actual final average?
He defo scored 99.91

So WH taking the piss with this bet. The word 'Handicap' wasn't in the result line earlier and i asked the 2nd agent what it even meant
Freddy: The handicap on this match was for him to score OVER 99.5
The first agent said to refresh in 10-15 minutes and it should be sorted. Right snotty cnut who basically just cut off chat on me. 2nd guy, equally as clueless. I asked when with it be sorted and will they let me know asap
Freddy: Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee you that we will email you right away after this. As we do have a lot of customers who are affected by this as well. I advise you to just keep a constant check on this bet and after 24 to 48 hours if it does not change then do contact us again for this.

Gonna punt Willie O'Connor pretty hard today at 1/2 against Pete Dyos. Pete just about scraped into the UK Open and was mostly unimpressive to me at Q school. Willie won in the first round here last year and got to the last 32 in 2010 so has some experience in this tourney. I'm told he's been praticing hard and I'd expect him to put away Dyos.
