Depends what else turns up, prob around the 9/4 mark I would think. It's a total joke that this race even exists, drawing the depth of talent out of the Arkle and RSA. Much better to have no Jewson and force Peddlers into the Arkle, Sir Des Champs into the RSA etc

Willie Mullins wants to run Sir Des Champs in the RSA but Mouse Morris is digging his heels in and insists that race is for First Lieutenant and Gigginstown won't run them both in the same race

Both festival winners but First Lieutenants race is working out like a really good one. He just needs to put his jumping together. SDC was going to beaten at Limerick that day by the mare who's name I can't remember before she ran out at the 2nd last. And only scrambled home against Fists of Fury and a sick Hidden Cyclone. I'm not sure he is even any good tbh

4/1 with Sportsbook uk and they're NRNB. Still think he goes in the Arkle personally but nothing to lose and it's hard to believe he doesn't start a good bit shorter than 4/1 if they do send him the jewson route.

see that Ability N Delivery is out again in the 6.00 dundalk,spotted this one a few weeks ago looked a little unlucky at the time,was stuck into the nag me list and low and behold ended up over in lingfield,as posted above looked a long way to travel for a race and when the price started the shift,also not the first time mr browne has done this,was worth a score of my hard earned and thankfully won nicely

tracked leader, quickened to lead inside final furlong, ran on, comfortably opened 11/2 touched 11/2


out again today in what looks a hot looking race,with a 5 lb claimer on board(1 win from 13 starts,first time working for trainer)
Intrestingly the trainer has just two horses out today,both in the same race with Queen Grace also getting a run for the first time in 153 days with w lordan on board,could be worth looking at if the money comes for it
also copper dock who had a few of these behind in a blanket finish,including Ability N Delivery a few weeks back.8 runner field with lots of chance's
fwiw i'm going to stick with Ability N Delivery @ 4/1 e/w,but will be looking at the market for clues,on all form the horse will run a decent race,the jockey not too sure about!
also wound'nt put any one off Sunset Beauty in the 7.30,bolger trained,with manning on board,looks to be coming into some sort of form,in what looks like the right distance and for me anyways worth a e/w bet @ 6/1

the fav backed into 1/3 on from 5/6 early doors and was well and truely crushed,finishing no better than 4th,with big wave who made the running finishing in 3rd reckon there's a race in this big wave,into the notebook it goes


as for todays degeneracy,going for a little tipple on Eastern Amour in the 7.15 Wolverhampton,the form here is not the worst,3rd last time out with the 2nd that day winning since,so the form is franked somewhat,this is over 1.1(last two were over 1 mile)hopefully the extra furlong will help,priced up @ 7/1 and is drifting a little still worth a little e/w for me anyways,looks to have a decent chance here!

back to Wolverhampton again,was eyeballing two irish based horses, trained by the same trainer
in the 6.50 Golan Heights,the form here is not the best and hasnt raced in 271 days,but its only win came in this kind of race this time last year at this track,made all over 1m4f,has dropped to a lowly rated 45,with a 7lb claimer on board,might be nothing in it,but is priced up @ 14/1 in a race that wont take a lot of winning
in the 7.50 Secret Hero,again this one held a entry in dundalk for tonight but has turned up here,rated just 50,was 7th last week in dundalk and is 2 lb lower this time with a 7lb claimer on board and priced @ 12/1

might be nothing in this but at those odds,with the off chance there might be something behind it,worth a little e/w double,along with two each way singles...little being the word!
only got into this racing lark 6 weeks ago,reading up in it a little and building up the nag me list,making notes etc, unfortunately got off to a good start,so hooked now,if i had fallen flat on my face would have given up by now i reckon,still small bets to keep the degen within happy,the order of the day!
