Latest Win64 patch causes HEM to crash

Word of warning that the patches released by Microsoft causes Holdem Manager to crash.

If you have already patched you can uninstall the latest ones and it will resolve the issues

HEM are working on a solution as its obviously not ideal to not patch your system.

it looked just like that for me last night as well before i uninstalled the patches

cheers patches uninstalled and all working now

have to disable auto update as it keeps adding the patches when i turn off/on lappie

any word / timescale whether this will be sorted soon as i like to practice safe surfing

check HEM forum link at start and it confuses me

Thats the new update for HEM.

i haven't patched since though.. might update and try tonight

installed HEM update as per link

installed updates and rebooted machine

launched HEM

Its not responding

Only had HEM for a couple of weeks or so and gonna say goodbye to the purchase as it pisses me off

Unless i get a ray of technical sunshine soon

not responding could be the big database update that comes with this version

give it some time to run..

mine took approx 20 mins

Mine took 5 mins, not sure if it matters but re-install the 3 updates you removed and then update, that's what I did anyway.
If you have mikiogo or teamviewer and skype I can give you a hand if you get stuck.
