Felt disastrous this morning. Full on alcohol fear last night, barely slept a wink. Grim stuff. The party is over gentlemen.
Played 90 minutes of football on the morning of the 28th while still drunk. True out of body experience.

Lots of advice and encouragement from Colm and Derek throughout. The 120 was a grind but I lost upper back tightness in the hole on the 124kgs and had to dump it halfway up.
Might have got more with better prep but will take it anyway.
